ANTI-SPAM POLICY
Cloudbridge Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of electronic communication. We maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding the transmission of unsolicited commercial electronic messages (Spam).
1. Definition of Spam
Spam is defined as any unsolicited bulk commercial email, text message, or other form of electronic communication sent without the explicit, verifiable consent of the recipient.
2. Compliance and Regulations
All communications originating from, or mentioning, our domains or infrastructure must comply with all applicable global laws and industry standards, including but not limited to:
- The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (United States)
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (European Union)
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- All local and international electronic privacy directives
3. Outbound Email Requirements
To guarantee our network health and compliance, every email sent on behalf of our organization must meet the following baseline infrastructure rules:
- Valid Authentication: All outgoing emails must be signed and authenticated using valid SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) records.
- Accurate Headers: The technical header information, including the “From,” “To,” “Reply-To,” and routing information, must be strictly accurate and must not disguise or obscure the origin of the transmission.
- Clear Identification: The email body must clearly display the legal identity and physical mailing address of our organization.
- Mandatory Opt-Out: Every marketing or automated message must include a clear, prominent, and fully functional “Unsubscribe” mechanism. Opt-out requests are processed automatically and honored within 10 business days.
4. Prohibited Marketing Practices
We explicitly forbid the following behaviors across our technical infrastructure:
- Using harvested, scraped, or rented email list databases.
- Utilizing automated domain-generation algorithms or “snowshoeing” tactics to bypass filtering systems.
- Sending misleading, deceptive, or false information in the subject line or message content.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
We continuously monitor our outbound server logs, domain reputations, and IP health. Any internal account, system user, or integrated platform found to be violating this policy or generating excessive spam complaints will face immediate suspension of services and structural isolation.
6. Reporting Abuse
If you have received an unsolicited or suspicious message that appears to originate from our infrastructure, or mentions a website owned by our organization, please report it immediately.
Please forward the message, including its full technical headers, to our dedicated compliance team:

This policy is reviewed regularly to adapt to evolving compliance frameworks and threat intelligence criteria.
